To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date.
The returned items must be unused and complete.
Customers will not receive a refund for the initial shipping costs.

National shipping: 2/3 business days (Turkey)
Shipping to Europe: 7/8 business days
International shipping: 14/15 business days

Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the TR may incur additional fees and taxes; in this case, it will be the responsibility of the buyer.
